PocketSOC Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PocketSOC mobile application, web-based administration portal, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by WeaveHub Technologies LLC ("PocketSOC", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
PocketSOC provides a mobile application, web-based administration portal, and supporting backend services that aggregate security alerts retrieved via customer-authorized APIs from third-party security platforms and enable limited response actions (such as host isolation, alert status changes, and finding archival) where supported by the connected vendor. PocketSOC does not provide detection, prevention, or automated remediation services.
Vendor API credentials provided by Customer are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and stored on PocketSOC's backend infrastructure for the purpose of delivering credentials to authorized devices. Push notifications are processed through PocketSOC's backend and delivered via Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
3. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to endpoint detection and response (EDR), extended detection and response (XDR), cloud security posture management (CSPM), cloud threat detection, and SIEM providers ("Third-Party Services"). Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms and policies. PocketSOC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for Third-Party Services, including their availability, accuracy, or changes to APIs.
4. No Affiliation; Trademarks
PocketSOC is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any Third-Party Service provider, including CrowdStrike, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, or Amazon Web Services, Inc.
All third-party names, logos, and trademarks (including CrowdStrike®, Falcon®, Microsoft®, Microsoft Defender®, Amazon Web Services®, AWS®, and Amazon GuardDuty®) remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe compatibility or integration.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to access and use the APIs and data sources you connect to the Service.
- You are responsible for configuring API scopes, permissions, and credentials.
- You are responsible for managing access to the PocketSOC Portal, including team membership, group assignments, and vendor configuration credentials stored within the Service.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including export control, privacy, and cybersecurity regulations.
6. Beta and Availability Disclaimer
The Service may be offered in beta or pre-release form. The Service may contain errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies. PocketSOC does not guarantee uninterrupted or timely delivery of alerts.
7. Fees
Certain features may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
PocketSOC retains all right, title, and interest in the Service. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth herein.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PocketSOC from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of Third-Party Services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POCKETSOC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
13. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
