Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the portal. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "user"?
Each person who signs into the PocketSOC mobile app or portal counts as one user.
How do Enterprise seat packs work?
Enterprise includes 25 users. Need more? Add capacity in packs of 10 seats. Contact us for pricing.
Can I try PocketSOC before upgrading?
Yes. The Free plan includes one user and one vendor connection—enough to evaluate the app with real data before committing to Pro or Enterprise.
Which vendors are supported?
All plans support CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and AWS GuardDuty. The Free and Pro plans include one vendor connection; Enterprise includes unlimited connections.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Enterprise?
We do not offer time-limited trials. Instead, the Free plan gives you full access to one vendor connection with no expiration, so you can evaluate PocketSOC at your own pace before upgrading.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each cycle. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the portal at any time.
